NOTICE: The moratorium on COVID related disconnections ends on August 14. We urge anyone who is having trouble paying gas bills to contact our office any time before that date to make payment arrangements to avoid additional charges or possible disconnect.

We want all of our customers to experience the impressive level of professionalism when working with Indiana Natural Gas Corporation. There are several options available to you, to make paying your monthly bill as convenient as possible.

Residential meters are read on approximately the 27th of each month, and bills are due on the 20th of the month. Direct Pay customers' bank accounts will be drafted on the 13th of the month. 



Indiana Natural Gas has an even payment plan that is available to residential customers and some other small customers. This plan is designed to make it easier for customers to budget for larger winter bills. If you are interested in learning more about our Budget Plan, please contact one of our offices.
